Successfully completing all tasks during our practicum would not have been possible without the invaluable support and guidance of Dr. Vo Thi Nu Anh, our supervisor. Throughout the practicum, she consistently provided constructive feedback and thoughtful guidance, from reviewing our lesson plans and seminar materials to observing our teaching performance. Her professional insights helped us refine our ideas and grow more confident in our teaching abilities.
We especially appreciated her feedback during the post-observation discussion of our micro-teaching session, Speaking: “Your Favourite Subject.” In a warm and supportive atmosphere, she carefully highlighted both our strengths and areas for improvement. Her suggestions regarding classroom management, activity sequencing, and student engagement helped us better understand how to scaffold speaking activities effectively. These reflections encouraged us to think more critically about our teaching practices and how to create meaningful learning experiences for students.
Additionally, her guidance during the preparation of our seminar presentation played an important role in improving our work. She encouraged us to strengthen the connection between theoretical concepts and classroom application, ensuring that our seminar remained both academically grounded and practically useful. Her feedback helped us refine our framework and present our ideas more clearly and confidently.
Beyond academic support, we were deeply touched by her encouragement and mentorship. Her approachable and supportive manner created a positive learning environment where we felt comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and reflecting on our experiences. She inspired us to continue improving and striving for excellence in our professional journey.

Her guidance not only enriched our academic experience but also strengthened our confidence as future TESOL educators.
